Terms of Business

1. All goods are supplied at the price ruling on the day of dispatch. Prices from importers and manufacturers can vary for a number of reasons, such as fluctuating exchange rates.
   
   
2. All goods must be pre-paid in Pounds Sterling before dispatch.
   
   
3. Payment may be made by Credit or Debit card, Sterling cheque or cash. Cash is sent entirely at your own risk.
   
   
4. Faulty goods - if you receive from us a kit with faulty or missing parts please inform us of the fault and part number and we will replace them as soon as possible.
   
   
5. Unwanted or mis-ordered items - a credit note will be issued for these items upon our receipt of them in good condition.
   
   
6. All parcels will be dispatched by Royal Mail letter or parcel services.
   
   
7. Delivery Charges - all orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge. The correct charges will be automatically calculated via our Shopping basket ordering system and are based on the total weight of your order, your location and our normal method of despatch.
   
   
8. Copyright - all photographs on the web site are our property and are not to be reproduced without prior permission.
   
   
9. Back Orders - please state at time of order whether you wish us to keep out-of-stock items on back order (minimum value totalling £10.00). These will not be charged at time of order. Because of the vast amount of product available it is unlikely that we or the manufacturer/importer can have 100% availability but usually there is only a few weeks delay at worst. For certain of the ranges quoted we act as agents and do not keep the entire range in stock. Remember, if a manufacturer or importer is out of stock there is no way we can obtain it (despite extravagant claims you may read on the Web)
